  • Rapeseed (Canola) honey

    In liquid form yellowish, in crystalized form white coloured honey which is very sweet, but also has a mild taste. Due to its very high glucose content it crystalizes very fast (even in a few days). It is excellent for producing cream honey. Contrary to the other honey types, rapeseed honey has relatively low acid content, so those with sour stomach can consume it as well. Due to its high iron content it is recommended for anaemia as well. Very good for strengthening the immune system and it also has antiseptic and antiphlogistic effect.

  • Acacia honey

    Its colour ranges from transparent through light yellowish up to the shades of greenish. Due to its very high glucose content it is one of the least crystalizing honey in the world. If stored properly, it preserves its liquid form even up to a year. It has a light scent of acacia honey with a sweet, mild taste. It has a relatively low content of pollen so those with pollen allergy can consume it as well. Considering its soothing and antiseptic effect it can be well used for digestive problems or relieving coughs.

  • Linden honey

    The colour of this honey type ranges from light yellowish to amber. It has a strong linden flower scent with a characteristic mildly bitter taste. Due to the glucose – fructose ratio it belongs to the honey category that has a medium crystalizing ability. Thanks to its tranquilizing ability it is recommended to consume in case of insomnia. It is the strongest antiphlogistic honey type which can be well used against cold or relieving cough, but given its nutritive value it is also recommended to prevent arteriosclerosis. 

  • Sunflower honey

    It has a colour range from gold to sun yellowish. It is very fragrant with aromatic slightly bitter taste. It crystalizes relatively quickly. It is mainly used and consumed as the main component of the flower honey. It has one of the highest acid content so it is not recommended for those who have sour stomach issues. On the other hand it has a high mineral content, therefore thanks to it antiseptic and antiphlogistic effect it is commonly used for general health improvement and to prevent respiratory diseases, arteriosclerosis or cholesterol problems.
