At the construction of the brand new 750 m2 processing plant we took into consideration the highest customer requirements on the international markets, such as the IFS Food Safety Management System.
We have established our own laboratory to continuously check and control any honey that comes into our plant. We use international standard analysis methods in order to classify the incoming honey and make sure we meet our customer requirements.
Besides, the whole honey purchase from handing out the empty barrels, through sample taking and shipping, then processing and delivering to customers is part of a controlled process that guarantees traceability and quality of the honey at any time.
